" For a decadent dark chocolate dessert, try this! Fondue is an elegant way to serve one of my favorite foods, chocolate, and by using dark chocolate, I'm getting a little antioxidant boost, too. So, it's very simple, you just take a sauce pan, some dark chocolate. Here, I've got some dark chocolate chips, but if you have squares or dark chocolate bars just chop `em up a little bit, so that they melt a little easier. So you've got 12 ounces of a dark chocolate and 3/4 cup of whipping cream. Put that in a heavy sauce pan and heat it through. You're gonna wanna heat this over low heat and stir it pretty frequently. Just to make sure that the chocolate doesn't scald, and this isn't the time to skimp on the fat and use 2% or skim milk. You're gonna wanna use whipping cream, because it's gonna help keep that silky consistency even after it's been in the fondue pot for an hour. Once that's all melted, you just wanna transfer that to your fondue pot and put a little flame under it. Then, you are ready to start dipping. I've got lots of dippers here; pound cake, marshmallows, even pretzels for that wonderful sweet, salty taste; and then of course, strawberries and bananas, if you want a fruity treat. It's nice and silky and creamy. I just know you're gonna love it as much as I do."

Well, this looks all the world like heavy cream in this pot here, but actually, in fact what it is, is 2% evaporated milk, chicken broth, and garlic.
