" Win your family to eat more veggies. Try this. I'm going to show you how to sneak some spinach into mashed potatoes. It's really easy. Takes some fresh spinach an chop it up a bit. You can use as much or as little as you want depending on how many mash potatoes you have. The spinach is gonna add so many nutrients and color to your potatoes. Make sure your potatoes are nice and hot when you add your spinach, so that it wilts the spinach just a little bit. So add my spinach to the potatoes. Give it a quick stir. I always like to add a few other flavorings to my potatoes too, like cheese or even sour cream. That just makes them even more creamy. To garnish the potatoes, I'm gonna drizzle them with a little bit of olive oil. This really dresses them up when you take `em to the table. Just swirl that around a bit; and for a nice added touch, sprinkle with a little bit of cracked black pepper. These potatoes are delicious and nutritious."

Well, this looks all the world like heavy cream in this pot here, but actually, in fact what it is, is 2% evaporated milk, chicken broth, and garlic.
