" To carve a turkey, you'll need a boning knife and a carving fork. To start, cut between the drumstick and breasts to slice off the leg and thigh. Locate the end of the thigh bone and cut it at its joint to remove the leg and thigh from the frame. Cut the leg from the thigh by slicing between there bones at the joint. There are different ways to slice a turkey breast. In this method, the entire breast is cut off the frame. Cut off the breast meat by using the breast bone as a guide, and cutting along the bone until the entire breast is removed. Then, make slices by cutting across the breast. This method gives even slices that stay together and fit nicely onto dinner plates. Next, cut off the wing. Repeat the same steps on the other side."

Well, this looks all the world like heavy cream in this pot here, but actually, in fact what it is, is 2% evaporated milk, chicken broth, and garlic.
