" Melt and stir is all you need to do, if you would like to create some beautiful rich classic fudge this holiday season. I'm Sandra Lee, and I've got a great and easy recipe for you, if you are a big fan of fudge. All you need to do is just take a package of chocolate chips, milk or dark chocolate. Whatever you prefer. Then, you're gonna pour in some sweetened condensed milk. Just like that and a little bit of water, right in there. Now, I want you to give this a stir. Now, this goes into the microwave oven for 1 minute. Then, open the microwave, give it another stir, and put it back in for another minute. It will be nice and rich and thick. Just like this. Now, to your fudge, all you wanna add are the nuts of your choice. These are walnuts, but you could certainly add cashews or maybe pistachios. Then to this, I want you to just add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Just like so. Now, give this a good stir, and by that way, if you didn't have time to write down that recipe, just go to bhg.com/recipes, and it's all there for you. Now, take your fudge and just put it on to a cookie sheet that has been lined in wax paper, and you wanna spread this out into a rectangular shape. Just like this. Super simple. Now, you wanna set this aside for about an hour and let it hard enough and then transfer it on to a cutting surface. With a knife, I just want you to take and make 1-1/2-inch slices, just like this, and then the other way. Just like so, and you have beautiful fudge in no time. Now, from everyone here at bhg.com, we wish you a very happy, healthy, and yummy holiday season."
