To create a custom window treatment, try this! Use colorful beads to add some style to ready-made curtains. Now, I'm using this cool product called fashion beads . It's available at craft stores or fabric stores and it's actually just beads mixed into a glue-like substance. So, when it dries, all that's left are these dazzling beads . And the beads come in all shapes and colors, so you can have a lot of fun with this. I think it's a really cool product. Now, I've got these curtains. And I'm going to add a flower pattern to my paisleys that I've put at the top, here. You could try all kinds of cool stencils. I mean, the designs are endless. Or, if you're not feeling too daring, you can purchase these fun ready-made stencils from a craft store, which I did. What we're gonna do is just line up your stencil here after you found the pattern that you're happy with. And you're just gonna start filling in the bead mixture. Now, you're gonna be tempted to just pick up a big blob so to speak and smear it on, but it actually works better just to tap the beads into place. You could also keep your eye out for sales at the local craft stores and when you see it on sale, buy a bunch of it because you're gonna have a lot of fun with this. Now, all you do is just lift the stencil up carefully, like that. So now, when it dries, all you're gonna see is the beading effect. I mean, isn't that really cool?
