One of the best holiday dinners we ever had was the one in which much of it was prepared and even cooked the day before; even the table was set ahead. . . . Only the turkey was left to cook on the day of. . . Everyone was fresh and in great moods - it was memorable, and since then, this is how WE prefer the holidays. . . .
