Ingredients such as persimmon and rosemary add a surprising (but still delicious) twist to this sauce. It's also quick to make -- just 30 minutes from start to finish.
Fresh fennel adds a captivating licorice-like flavor and lots of crunch to this festive condiment.
Dress up your turkey with a chunky cranberry sauce infused with cinnamon and orange zest. This chunkier variation takes 20 minutes to make, from start to finish; simmer it longer for a smoother sauce.
Just put everything in a pan and stir. It's that easy to make a homemade cranberry sauce so good you'll be piling it on everything from chicken to ice cream.
Fresh ginger and lime juice add an appealing hint of fruit to this to 20-minute sauce. Make it ahead and chill it in the fridge for up to three days.
Serve it as a relish or use it to make Cranberry-Raspberry Salad.
If you like, serve this salad as a relish with roasted turkey or pork.
Use this no-cook recipe and a food processor. You'll be done in 10 minutes. And save any leftover relish -- it's delicious on turkey sandwiches.

My cranberry sauce is so simple...just cook up a bag of fresh cranberries according to the package directions. Allow to cool until warm, then stir in a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple & chopped walnuts to taste. Chill in your favorite fancy bowl, ready for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. I also sometimes make this dish without the walnuts, depending on my mood! My 3-year old grandson can't get enough of Nana's cranberries...he's been eating them since he turned one year old!
