Thanksgiving Place Cards and Napkin Rings

Make sure your guests know you've saved a spot for each of them with these easy-to-make place cards. Coordinating napkin rings, along with your own fall-color napkins, round out a festive, autumn-themed tabletop that's perfect for Thanksgiving and other fall festivities.

To make the place cards, attach a sticker frame (available at craft stores) to a piece of folded card stock and spell out the guest's name with clear-back self-adhesive letters. Add a leaf sticker mounted with adhesive foam for the finishing touch.

To make the napkin rings, cut squares of beige polymer clay and bake them according to the manufacturer's directions. Brush on decoupage medium to adhere the stickers and use a clear-drying glue to attach rivets to the stickers' corners. Paint the clay squares with acrylic glaze to seal. Use a strong glue to attach an elastic hair band to the back of each square, making sure that the metal clasp of the elastic is secured against the clay.
