The even cooking in skillets, the convection oven is WONDERFUL! I could go on and on, but I dearly hate to type! This is the very best Valentines present I have ever had! You won't be sorry you invested the money in this appliance! I would recommend this product to a friend. Burners on top of range are powerful, really throw up a high flame. We use cast iron and the lowest setting flame usually as all we need to cook with after getting our skillet hot. The convection circulates heat in the oven to bake foods more even and a little faster. Very satisfied with this oven. I would recommend this product to a friend. by darrellkimbroughAmarillo, TX | Mon, Feb 17, 2014 Was this helpful?YesNo 0 comments | flag Whirlpool Kitchen Range The range has a very nice appearance externally. The stove top portion lacks elegance that matches with rest of exterior. The grate is very cheap looking and the underlying pan area just basic. The center burner is inefficient and too small - should have been the elongated style - useless for a flat pancake plate. The grill of the appliance scratches easily and makes it look shoddy. In the house we left, we had a whirlpool stove top that had a grill that was elegant and rugged (baked enamel that didn't chip and took years before the very top scratched under a wok pan). Cost of the two appliances were similar - hence, the quality should have been similar as well. Oven on this model and previous, about same. Works well - excellent score. by Marine68, | Sat, Jan 25, 2014 Was this helpful?YesNo 0 comments | flag food cooks more evenly My food cooks in half the time and I love the space on the stovetop more room to cook more foods at the same time. by keith52, | Tue, Jan 14, 2014 Was this helpful?YesNo 0 comments | flag Awesome! I love this range. The oven heats up quickly and is huge. I can fit many different dishes in the oven at once and can cook them all evenly at the same time. My old oven could not do this. The stove top is excellent. The front power burners are very hot! I can boil a pot of water so much faster. I am totally impressed with my new range. by happycook333, | Mon, Jan 13, 2014 Was this helpful?YesNo 0 comments | flag Excellent upgrade for kitchen remodel We recently did a kitchen remodel, and bought all new appliances as part of the upgrade. We replaced a very old Caloric over-under gas range with vent fan with the Whirlpool 5.8 cu ft gas range, with matching Microwave-vent hood. We wondered whether the "loss" of the second oven would limit us, but we had a big family Christmas dinner with 3 people cooking, and the high-capacity oven + microwave served quite well. The new, efficient technology is great, keeping the kitchen cooler - - we are very pleased. by KarenLA, | Mon, Jan 13, 2014 Was this helpful?YesNo 0 comments | flag The range has great features. This product: Hotpoint 3.5 cu. ft. Top Load Washer - White $404.10 What a fiasco Bought this washer in Sep. 2013 while I was remodeling. I had to purchase this set due to size limitations. After the fifth time I used it the hot water valve would not shut off and it flooded my garage. Also what everyone else is saying about the short rinse is true. It is horrible. I don't mind that as much as the leaking and the lack of a gentle cycle. It leaks in the back and there's a stain on the floor now from it. I wash all my clothes on the same cycle because there's really only two. Cottons or regular. There's a "whites" cycle but it doesn't really do anything different. I can't wash anything delicate because there's no gentle cycle. Anything knitted I'm afraid it will destroy. So I have to take gentle stuff elsewhere. by cotton770West Jordan, UT | Sat, Dec 7, 2013 Was this helpful?YesNo 0 comments | flag Good for the price. I love it... The machine sounds possessed and, contrary to the statement that it stays in place, it definitely doesn't. This baby walks all over the basement. It makes loud chirping noises as it's washing and when it goes into spin cycle, it sounds like the F-15 jets on the trim pad. Also, it "eats" clothes. Now, it makes these horrible noises no matter what is in the wash load so it isn't because I've put too much heavy clothing in it. No, it went ballistic when I was just washing my sons' socks. I hate it and I don't like to use it. I just purchased it last month and quite frankly, I'd rather take the clothes to the pond and beat them on rocks! Hate, hate, hate this machine. One of my sons who is a plumber said that it sounds like the machine has a bad berring. Well, I'm going to call a repair person to see what's up with this abomination and if that is how it is supposed to function and sound, I'll be junking it! by cooncatForestdale, MA | Thu, Sep 27, 2012 Was this helpful?YesNo read more

Just purchased this unit to replace on that was 6 years and 2 months old. The prior one is a boat anchor with some parts that might help me keep the new one running. The timer relay board failed on the last one and there are none in the free world. No one can fix it, just in time for Christmas. Sears first offered me a 10% coupon on the first $1000 of a replacement ($100) and after several calls, then blue ribbon support upped the offer to $200. However I couldn't use it at the outlet and still get the 5% sears card discount. The stainless scratches easily and the cook top is not very durable. However it is one of the only items that is 40 inches wide to fit our custom cabinets so what can we do. It replace the old one that had the griddle in the middle. I read the reviews from others but I was still shocked by how cheaply made the bottom drawer, the back control panel and the side oven door was. The side oven door doesn't seem to close correctly, doesn't line up with the other oven as shown in the picture. However, it does shut better than the other, closure piece instead of magnet as with the other one. I love the burner selection on top! I had read the reviews about small oven, only 1 rack, top scratched easily, etc. but figured I could live with that. I have had it for 4 months. Was suprised at how difficult it is to clean glass cook top.I had to buy the stainless steel cleaner to get the finger prints off, difficult to remove. However there is one feature that the others have not commented on. Be careful not to spill something on the top that goes over the front edge. It can leak on to the top of the oven door. There are vent holes there that go BEHIND the glass. You can not get in to clean and it looks terrible. This happen at a party and I didn't find out until everyone went home. I will probably have to call a repair man and have the door taken apart to get at it. WHAT A POOR DESIGN! Well worth the money! This vacuum is awesome! I would expect nothing less from Shark. I love the way the vacuum pivots the most. Also, this vacuum is very convenient because it's a regular vacuum that detaches into a hand held. The container is easy to empty and the suction is perfect. The only thing that may be a negative is that there are so many attachments and things included with this vacuum that you have to find a drawer or special place for them in order to not lose them.
