If blade should show some signs of staining, clean with a nonabrasive metal polish. To maintain the cutting edge of the parer, sharpen as needed using a sharpening steel, a handheld sharpener or Wusthof's PEtec electric sharpener. It is best to store your Wusthof Classic paring knife in a knife block or in-drawer knife tray. read more
