Potato Rose Finn Apple, bag of 10 minitubers What a beautiful Potato! Oblong fingerling 'Rose Finn Apple' has pale buff-colored skin with a slight rosy blush and rich yellow flesh. The luscious, moist tubers are delicious any way you prepar...e them, but we like to fry them up in a cast-iron skillet with a bit of good olive oil, some coarse sea salt, and a few sage leaves (for a real treat, we mix in apple slices). The big, rambunctious vines are heavy yielders but require very rich soil and plenty of water to do their best. Late maturing (over 90 days).
