During a trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy, inspiration struck our buyers for a new collection of brightly glazed tableware featuring bold colors and charming animals. We were taken aback by the beauty and cultural richness in the town of V...ietri sul Mare. Gorgeous paintings adorn the pottery, along with colorful murals that accent this city on the sea. We commissioned an Italian ceramic producer that has been immersed in this style of artistry for generations. The factory uses a combination of Old World methods, such as use of the pottery wheel, with modern technology to ensure the durability of these timeless pieces. Each piece is painted by hand by trained artisans who cherish the history of their homeland?s art. This colorful plate features pigs amidst striking hues.
