Oster began in 1924 when John Oster produced a hand-operated hair clipper. In 1946, Oster began manufacturing small appliances. Oster blenders include glass jar, plastic jar, and countertop models. The Versa countertop blender has a 1,400 watt motor and a stainless-steel blade that spins at over 250 mph. Oster MyBlend Blenders come in pink, orange, green, and blue. Each blender's plastic jar holds 20 ounces of liquid and releases to become a dishwasher-safe sport bottle to take on the go. Oster Eight-Speed Blenders come with chop, grind, and pulse blending options.

The Oster 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker has stainless-steel accents and features Pause 'n Serve brewing technology and a cone filter. Other beverage machines and products include ice tea makers, juicers, wine bottle openers, and kettles. Oster offers eight rice cooker models, including the Inspire Stainless Steel Multi Use Rice Cooker and Food Steamer. The rice cooker keeps food warm for 12 hours and makes up to 20 cups of rice at a time. The Inspire rice cooker comes with a cookbook, measuring cup, and rice paddle. Other Oster appliances include dehydrators, waffle makers, panini makers, electric skillets, deep fryers, and mixers.
