Architectural panel prints featuring urns, sphinxes, and griffins with torches and medallions in chocolate on a celedon background bring to life the original designs of the ornamental designer Michaelangelo Pergolesi. From Florence de Dampi...erre for the John-Richard Collection. "Pergolesi Urn I" (shown on right) features an urn framed by a diamond motif with reclining nudes in medallions above and below the urn. "Pergolesi Urn II" (shown on left) features an urn with standing nudes on either side, a puti in a medallion above the urn, and a sphinx in a medallion below the urn. Prints on paper. Pine frames finished in cracked pale aqua aged with a dark-umber wash. Framed under glass. Backs covered in black paper. Sold individually; each, 37"W x 56"T. Boxed weight, approximately 52 lbs.
