The Nesco American Harvest Snackmaster Professional 700 Watt Dehydrator is the ultimate choice if youre serious about your dried food. This powerful dehydrator can dry fruit, vegetables, jerky, and more in a matter of hours, resulting in de...licious and nutritious snacks for you and your family. This unit operates via Nescos patented Converga-Flow air system, which forces heated air down through a pressurized chamber that surrounds the food trays. The air then converges in the center after traveling horizontally across the trays. Other dehydrators force air directly down through the food trays, which gives you less quality results. With this unit, your food comes out evenly dried with less nutrition loss, and no tray rotation is required. This unit also features an adjustable thermostat (from 95 to 160 degrees F). so you can dry a number of different types of food. The Vita Save exterior blocks harmful exterior light that can sap the nutrients from your food. Included are five drying trays, two fruit roll trays, two Clean-a-Screens for drying sticky items, and a selection of jerky spices. Expand your dehydrator with the Add-a-Tray kit (sold separately); this unit is capable of expanding to hold up to 12 trays.
