Baking Pans

Baking is a science so you need to follow recipes to the letter. When your recipe calls for a baking pan, be sure you have a metal pan in the correct size. A nonstick pan makes cleanup easy but its finish requires more delicate care. Other pans need to be greased or lined with parchment paper before baking to prevent baked goods from sticking.
