(8 oz) Grana Padano comes from Italy's Po Valley and is made from the same ancient recipe as Parmigiano Reggiano. Not quite as salty as Parmigiano, Grana has a fruity finish and slightly softer texture. Our version is called Stravecchio Oro del Tempo, meaning it is extra aged and hand-selected for quality. (8 oz) Argentine Reggianito is a more modern cheese, made from pasteurized cow's milk. Initially, it was a copy of a Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, but over time it has developed a personality all its own.
