iGourmet Coconut Jam (Srikaya) by Hey Boo
Coconut Jam (also known as Srikayas) by Hey Boo, are cooked in small batches in San Francisco using high quality natural ingredients: coconut milk, eggs, and sugar. Sweet with a vibrant, intense coconut flavor, each jar is a bright and crea...my taste of the tropics. Srikaya Coconut Jams have been consumed in their various forms for hundreds of years in the Southeast Asian region. They are dairy free and gluten free. Hey Boo Coconut Jams have a silky smooth texture with a golden color which reflects the natural color of the eggs. The creamy and shiny texture was achieved by cooking the ingredients in accordance with the traditional techniques in making Srikaya. The consistency of Srikaya is closer to that of runny honey and not as thick as a conventional fruit jam or lemon curd. read more
