The Pots & Pans set "Dressed" has been designed by Marcel Wanders. Traditionally, the rules would require that decoration be a...pplied in the most important and most visible areas of the object. Wanders, on the other hand, applies it to secluded areas, a little out of sight, sometimes even in areas that aren't normally visible at all, so much so that we could call it a sort of introverted decoration. In this way, even though he uses a language of signs that is very rich and complex, a bit flowery, a little baroque, Wanders manages to maintain a certain level of overall elegance and lightness. read more

Michele De Lucchi designs "Le cerchie", a round tray/centerpiece that encapsulates the minimalist style of the Italian architect. ...The 3-step edge is the distinctive feature of the project: an architectural design which, as the name suggests ('cerchie' is Italian for circles), is reminiscent of a square surrounded by a staircase. Le cerchie brings to mind a kind of classical amphitheater whose actors are the objects placed at the center of the tray. The mirror polished stainless steel produces interesting effects, reflecting the surrounding environment and the objects with which it comes into contact. The large dimensions of Le cerchie make it suitable for use as a serving tray or a generous centerpiece. read more

From Marta Sansoni's research into accessories connected with the consumption and serving of oil comes "Oliette", a bottle holder.... "Oliette" has both a poetic and original appearance. "Oliette" is a sort of mix between a bottle coaster and a glacette, it's evoking a new kind of object, especially for its particular functionality: to hold the bottle of oil emphasizing it and at the same time to avoid grease stains on the table. read more
