Create a soaking zone

Soaking stained clothes in the kitchen eats up valuable sink space and puts clothes at risk of picking up additional stains. But a sink ($71.73) and a faucet ($104) in the laundry room provide a safe spot to treat soiled clothes.

Add a pullout ironing board

When is time short and the wrinkles are aplenty, lugging the ironing board out of the closet becomes a time-eating hassle. A pullout ironing board kit (starting at $225) installed at an ergonomic height rests below the countertop when not in use. When not in use, a drawer front disguises the enclosure.

With the older style of appliances, we can't have a counter top. So this not usual expect for those who buy high end things. Considering the cost of the washer & dryer why would you put up cheap wire shelving ?
