We'll start by figuring how many calories you need each day to keep your weight steady. This will be the basis for figuring out where you need to be to achieve a steady, reliable path toward your goal weight.

Step Three: Select Your Plan

Select the eating plan that's right for you. We have four plans that map out your intake of 6 basic types of food. By combining this road map with our list of food serving sizes, you can easily achieve a healthy diet with enough variety to keep you satisfied for a lifetime.
