Italian Lamb Stew Dinner
- Lamb and Vegetable Stew (see recipe below)
- Crudites with Warm Caesar Dressing
- Rosemary Egg Noodles
- Romano Beans Saute
Thyme is a universal herb used in so many cuisines. In this menu with Lamb and Vegetable Stew, Crudites with Warm Caesar Dressing, Rosemary Egg Noodles, and Romano Beans Saute, you take it in an Italian direction. Precut veggies and frozen beans are two handy products to keep in the pantry.
Warm bottled Caesar dressing in a small bowl in the microwave on low power. Be careful not to boil dressing. Serve with cut-up veggies.
Cook large egg noodles; toss with butter and minced rosemary. Use just a bit rosemary if using fresh -- a little goes a long way.
In a skillet, cook thawed Romano beans in olive oil until just cooked, about 6 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook 1 minute more.
