Classic French Stew Dinner

Beef Bourguignon is a classic French dish that is the star of this dinner. If you make the stew using the slow-cooker directions, it'll be ready for dinner when you are.
Thinly slice red onion; toss with spinach and your favorite dressing. Add olives and toss again.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut a cauliflower into small pieces, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper; place on a cookie sheet. Toast until tender and starting to brown, about 35 minutes.
