Italian Pork and Pasta Soup Dinner

Pork and Orzo Soup with Spinach has Italian flavors, and serving it with Green Salad with Marinated Artichokes; Pizza with Tomato, Onion, and Mozzarella; and Coffee Ice Cream and Chocolate Wafer Sandwiches makes it even more Roman. The pizza can be a starter with the salad: Use the small prebaked crusts to keep it appetizer-sized -- you'll want to save room for the soup!
Add drained, chopped marinated artichoke hearts to salad dressed with vinaigrette.
Spread prebaked small pizza crusts such as Boboli with pizza sauce, then sprinkle with diced tomato and onion, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake as directed on package.
Fill chocolate wafer cookies with softened coffee ice cream, and then refreeze to set.
