Italian Sausage-Bean StewSlice radicchio and endives and toss with your favorite creamy or vinaigrette dressing.
Gorgonzola Blue Cheese CroustadesMix equal parts Gorgonzola and softened butter. Toast small rounds of crusty bread; spread with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
Roast Butternut SquashToss small cubes of squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper and place on a cookie sheet. Roast at 375 degrees F. until tender and starting to brown, about 40 minutes.
