Stir chopped fresh cilantro into your favorite salsa to give it extra flavor and freshness. Serve with chips.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and stir in chopped green pepper. Cook until peppers are soft, about 5 minutes. Stir cooked peppers into a prepared package of Mexican flavored heat-and-serve rice.

Brownies and Cinnamon Ice Cream
