Dice celery; microwave for 3 minutes to soften. Stir into hot tomato soup with a pinch of celery seed for extra flavor.
Mix equal parts reduced-fat mayonnaise and reduced-fat sour cream. Add Dijon mustard to taste. Cut carrot sticks for dipping, or use bagged baby carrots.
