Segment 1 part oranges and grapefruits into a bowl. Drain juice and save. Mix 1 part juice with 3 parts olive oil, add a dash of chipotle hot pepper sauce, and shake well. Toss citrus with thin slices of jicama and diced avocado; gently toss with dressing.
