I made the corn-rice salad and my husband and I enjoyed it. I used a serrano chile, since it packs more heat and added cooked, diced chicken. Will make again before the season's over!

"You can please some of the people some of the time and all of the people none of the time" holds so true. Maybe those of you who don't like the way this website is set up ....
