Curried Chicken Salad is such an interesting dish, sweet and spicy at the same time. Mulligatawny Soup, Pita Bread with Major Grey's Chutney, and Mango Sorbet give you a meal with a taste of India. The soup is often found frozen, but if you can't find it, start with canned lentil soup.
Microwave 1 Tbs. oil with 1/2 tsp. curry powder and stir into canned lentil soup.
Toast pita bread and serve with sweet mango chutney instead of butter.
