1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sour cream, and chives until soft dough forms.
3. Turn dough onto floured-dusted surface and knead 10 to 12 times. Roll dough 1/2 thick and cut into 2-1/2-inch rounds (I used a drinking glass). Place rounds on ungreased baking sheet and brush with milk.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with butter. Makes 8 servings.
