Cheese BBQ'd Corn-on-the-Cob

Ingredients

  • 6  ears corn, shucked
  • 1  stick butter, softened, Land O'Lakes
  • 1  teaspoon chili powder, McCormick
  • 1  packet (1.3-oz.) creamy cheese sauce mix, Knorr (or powdered cheese packet from boxed macaroni and cheese)

Directions

1. Preheat grill for medium direct heat or oven to 350 degree F.

2. Shuck corn. (If desired, leave husks attach to cobs to use as holders.)

3. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chili powder, and cheese sauce mix. Spread butter mixture on corn and wrap each in foil.

4. Grill, covered, (or in preheated oven) for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes (do not turn if in oven). Makes 6 servings.
