
1. Place ribs and beef broth in a large heavy pot or Dutch oven. Add enough water to fully cover ribs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 1 hour, or until tender. Remove ribs from pot; set aside.
2. Preheat grill for medium direct heat. In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce and honey. Baste ribs generously with sauce. Grill ribs, uncovered, for about 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Makes 4 servings.
