3/1/2010 02:16:22 PM Report AbuseYou can buy cooking wines that do not have alcohol in them. The alcohol usually cooks out of recipes that require them, but if you are worried about people with low tolerance then definitely head to the store and buy the stuff for cooking.

With family members or guests who have had pancreatic cancer, or another GI diagnosis making this impossible to ingest, or perhaps a recovering alcoholic, is there no way to substitute for whatever plus the alcohol will provide?
