Thank you for the recipes I will be trying soon. Something to fix though: When I cut and paste the recipe into Word, the entire Ingredients portion always needs to be reformatted no matter which paste option I choose. Try it, BHG, and then maybe fix it so it's not so time intensive. Thanks!

Your website is not very user friendly. There is no "search box" on your main casserole page and when I finally found one and entered "Chicken Florentine Artichoke Casserole" there were no results. I know the the recipe exist because i found it on Pinterest and love it. If using the word "casserole" instead of "bake" should not have made a difference if the search engine is working properly.

I agree with another writer. I like to see the comments for each individual recipe. Some of the ideas and suggestions were very helpful. Also, some ratings were by people who had never tried the recipe - just saying it sounded good or bad. Certainly not the way to base the rating given a recipe. This way we don't even know if the writer giving a rating made the dish.

I tried the Tuscan Potato Bake recipe, as my husband is Italian and I thought we'd like it. It was horrible. Too many cheese flavors, and too much garlic. Not at all impressed with that recipe.

I"m searching for a recipe I used for twelve years in East Africa, to universal acclaim: from a vintage BHG cookbook from the late fifties, early sixties: it was called "Elegant Cheesecake." It was easy to prepare and divine to eat. BHG archives don't seem to be able to retrieve it. Please help! Patricia.

I don't know the reason why some people are complaining for this or that ! I find the site a very good one, nice pictures and very enlighting instructions. Some recipes are very good, some aren't - according to my tastes- . However, when some recipe seems to be attractive and interesting, I look for the stars,( right side, under the name of the recipe) and the comments. If many people have commented and given more than 4 stars to a recipe, then I guess it's a good one, worth trying it !

You missed my family's all-time favorite! It's the Tortilla-Black Bean Casserole. We've made it at least 15 times since the recipe came out in the 90s - always to kudos from those who appreciate a 'made-from-scratch' casserole. Little do they know how quick it is to put together. There have been many imitations published since this recipe came out, but the BHG Tortilla-Black Bean Casserole is THE ORIGINAL. It belongs in this list. www.bhg.com/recipe/beans/tortilla-black-bean-casserole/

Why does the picture of this "Speedy Lasagna Casserole" not look the way the recipe has you put it together. It should have a layer of cottage cheese mixed with egg and parm on top along with a layer of mozzarella on top. Obviously no layers of cheese on top. I find this to be happening more and more with these recipes.

I do not like the new format! I want to see the rating and the comments like it used to be. The comments had some good suggestions and sometimes made the difference as it if I printed it and tried it or not! Sometimes there would be a recipe that was questionable and the comments were so positive I tried it anyway and was pleased! The new format seems less friendly!
