Can there be a place to find quick recipes for 4 servings or less?? The recipes look/sound delicious, but servings are 6 - 8 to 10+.

My wife has high blood pressure , bad heart, she tries to eat very heathly. But I'm a truck driver and I'm never home much. You need to make recipes that are for people like my wife. That just cook for herself. Alot of times she just eats soup. Can you try and put together some recipes for her. Thank you!
