Quick Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
  • 4  kiwi, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2  medium cucumber, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1  avocado, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2  tablespoons  lime juice
  •  Fresh basil leaves
  •  Chili powder
  •  Tortilla chips
Directions

1. In a bowl combine chopped kiwi, cucumber, avocado, and lime juice. Top with snipped fresh basil and a sprinkle of chili powder. Serve with tortilla chips.
