Ingredients
  • 1/4  cup  Lemon Soda or Tangerine Italian Soda (2 oz.)
  • 1  tablespoon  Apricot Syrup
  • 1 - 2  thin slices serrano chile
  • 6  ounces  pale ale or lager, chilled
  •  Lemon Wedge (optional)
Directions

1. In a tall ice-filled glass combine soda, Apricot Syrup, and serrano chile slices. Top with chilled beer. Add a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
