Ingredients
  • 3  tablespoons  vodka (1 1/2 oz.)
  • 6  tablespoons  homemade sour mix*(3 oz.)
  • 2  tablespoons  rose syrup (1 oz.)
  • 1  teaspoon  Campari
  •  Seltzer water or club soda, chilled
  •  Thin lemon wheel
  •  Coarse sugar
Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker combine vodka, sour mix, rose syrup, Campari and ice; shake until chilled about 30 seconds. Double-strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with seltzer. Float a thinly sliced lemon wheel sprinkled with a little coarse sugar on top.
