Chocolate & Mango Yogurt
Ingredients
  • 1  cup  Homemade Vanilla Yogurt or purchased Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1  cup  1 mango, chopped, about 1 cup
  • 1/2  cup  toasted walnut pieces
  • 1/4  cup  bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped or grated
  • 2  tablespoons  snipped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 - 3  teaspoons  agave nectar or honey
Directions

1. In a shallow serving dish combine yogurt, mango,walnuts, chocolate, and mint. Stir together. Sweeten to taste with agave nectar or honey. Makes 4 servings.
