Bresaola and Truffle Butter Sandwiches

Bresaola and Truffle Butter Sandwich
  • 12  slices  white bread
  • 4  ounces  truffle butter
  • 12  slices  bresaola
  • 1  tablespoon  mint, chopped
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper

1. Spread bread with truffle butter. Add bresaola and mint.

2. Top sandwiches with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Trim crust, if desired, and cut into quarters.
