1. Trim fat from meat. Cut meat into thin strips. In a large saucepan in hot oil over medium-high heat until brown, stirring frequently. Remove meat from pan; set aside. Drain off fat. Add broth and peanut sauce to pan; bring to boiling.
2. Stir in noodles; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate noodles. Add broccoli. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes more or just until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Return meat to pan; cook 1 minute more to heat through.
3. If desired, sprinkle each serving with green onions.
