Ginger Broil

Makes: 2 to 3 servings

Ginger Broil
  • 2  grapefruit
  • 1  tablespoon  butter, softened
  • 2  tablespoons  brown sugar
  • 2  tablespoons  yogurt
  • 1/2  teaspoon  ground ginger
  • 1  teaspoon  candied ginger

1. Peel grapefruit and cut into thick slices. Brush with butter; sprinkle slices with brown sugar and ground ginger.

2. Broiled 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the brown sugar has melted and the slices are heated through. Top with plain yogurt and sprinkle with candied ginger.
