Hummus Dip

Hummus Dip
  • 48  Pepperidge Farm® Baked Naturals® Toasted Sesame Snack Sticks
  • 1 8  ounce container  plain hummus
  • 1  teaspoon  sesame seed
  • 1  teaspoon  chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2  teaspoon  grated lemon zest

1. Stir the hummus, sesame seeds, parsley and lemon zest in a small bowl. Serve with the snack sticks for dipping.

From the Test Kitchen
  • For an Italian twist, omit the sesame seeds. Add 2 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water, drained and chopped, to the hummus mixture. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil or parsley.
  • For a Mexican twist, omit the sesame seeds. Substitute lime zest for the lemon zest, chopped fresh cilantro for the parsley and stir in a dash of hot pepper sauce.
