1. In a small bowl stir together cream cheese, honey, and, if desired, cinnamon until well mixed. Spread cut sides of croissant with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle sliced almonds over cream cheese on bottom half of croissant. Top with raspberries, banana, and, if desired, mango. Add croissant top, spread side down.
