1. In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine wieners, preserves, lime peel, lime juice, jerk seasoning, ginger, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.
2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 hours. Serve immediately or keep warm, covered, on warm setting or low-heat setting for up to 2 hours. Serve with decorative toothpicks. If desired, garnish with key lime wedges.
