1. Lightly coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey; cook and stir until browned on all sides.
2. In a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine turkey, salsa, beans, broth, spelt, 1/2 cup chopped onion, the cumin, garlic, coriander, and salt.
3. Cover and cook on high-heat setting about 3 1/2 hours or until spelt is tender.
4. Sprinkle each serving with some of the 1/2 cup red onion. Serve with lime wedges.
