1. Arrange medium-hot coals around a drip pan. Test for medium heat above pan (Or for a gas grill, preheat grill Reduce heat to medium. Adjust for indirect cooking). Brush each side of pizza dough with oil. Place it on the grill grate over the drip pan. Or use a grilling pizza stone, if you prefer. Use tongs to carefully turn it over when grill marks appear-checking every 30 seconds. Place bacon on pizza dough to form a sort of fence to hold the eggs. Carefully crack 3 to 4 pasteurized eggs on to the dough. Cover and grill for 5 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 1/4 cups grated cheese. Cover; grill for 1-2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
