Grilled Texas Steak Sandwiches with Dilled Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 10 ounces  top round steaks
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup  sour cream
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons  horseradish mustard
  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh dill
  • 4 - 8 thick slices of bread (for Texas toast)

3. Remove steaks to a platter. Lightly brush each side of bread with olive oil. Grill bread 1 minute per side. Serve steaks on grilled toast with horseradish sauce. Top with fresh dill sprigs and additional salt and pepper.
