1. Juice 1 tablespoon of juice from the lemon; set aside juice. Use the juiced lemon to rub the rim of a tall glass; dip rim into a shallow dish of celery salt. Fill the glass with ice.
2. In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, use a muddling tool or end of a wooden spoon to crush and stir cherry tomatoes, green and yellow peppers, hot pepper sauce, and reserved lemon juice. Add aquavit and ice; shake well. Strain into prepared glass and top with celery soda. Garnish with a thin slice of celery stalk. Makes 1 cocktail.
